| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อความคิดเห็นของครูภาษาไทยเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมการอ่านของครูภาษาไทยแก่นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตการศึกษา 9 ทั้งที่เป็นกิจกรรมในชั้นเรียนและกิจกรรมนอกชั้นเรียน ในด้านต่อไปนี้คือ จุดประสงค์ การวางแผน ดำเนินการ รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรม การประเมินผล ประโยชน์ รวมทั้งปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดกิจกรรมการอ่าน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้คือ การจัดกิจกรรมการอ่านในชั้นเรียน ด้านจุดประสงค์ของการจัด พบว่ามีการปฏิบัติมากทุกจุดประสงค์ โดยเฉพาะเพื่อให้การอ่านออกเสียงถูกต้องและเพื่อสรุปใจความสำคัญ โดยมีครูและนักเรียนร่วมกันวางแผนดำเนินการ การจัดกิจกรรมจะจัดมากทุกรูปแบบทั้งฝึกอ่านออกเสียง ตอบคำถาม สนทนา อภิปรายเกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่อ่านและมีการประเมินผลทุกครั้งที่จัดกิจกรรมโดยครูเป็นผู้ประเมินผลด้วย วิธีการสังเกตการณ์ร่วมกิจกรรม การประเมินผลมีทั้งให้เป็นคะแนน คำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะ ส่วนประโยชน์ของการจัดกิจกรรมเห็นว่ามีประโยชน์มาก การจัดกิจกรรมการอ่านนอกชั้นเรียน ด้านจุดประสงค์ของการจัดพบว่ามีการปฏิบัติมากทุกจุดประสงค์โดยมีครูเป็นผู้วางแผน นักเรียนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการในรูปของคณะกรรมการ รูปแบบของกิจกรรมที่จัดมากคือกิจกรรมประเภทประกวดแข่งขัน ส่วนประเภทนิทรรศการ ประเภทโครงการ ประเภทการแสดง จัดน้อย ส่วนการประเมินผลมีการปฏิบัติน้อยโดยจะประเมินผลเพียงบางกิจกรรมด้วยวิธีการสังเกตการร่วมกิจกรรม แต่ครูภาษาไทยก็ยังเห็นว่า กิจกรรมที่จัดมีประโยชน์มาก ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดกิจกรรม ปัญหาที่พบในการจัดกิจกรรมการอ่านในชั้นเรียนคือ จำนวนชั่วโมงเรียนต่อสัปดาห์ไม่เหมาะสม ครูมีจำนวนชั่วโมงสอนมาก นักเรียนมีปัญหาในด้านการอ่านออกเสียงและไม่เห็นความจำเป็นและความสำคัญในการอ่าน ส่วนปัญหาที่พบในการจัดกิจกรรมนอกชั้นเรียนคือ ปัญหาด้านการดำเนินการขาดการประชุมชี้แจง ปัญหาเรื่องการแบ่งงาน รวมทั้งปัญหาในด้านเทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมให้น่าสนใจ ไม่หลากหลาย ขาดงบประมาณและเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรม |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate opinions of Thai language teachers concerning the organization of reading activities for students at the lower secondary education level, educational region nine, both in and outside the classroom in the following respects: objectives, procedures, types of activities, evaluation, usefulness, as well as problems and obstacles in the organization of reading activeities. Results of study were concluded as follows : In class reading activity organization : in the aspect of objectives it was found that every objective was practiced at the high level in every objective especially in oral reading and reading comprehension. The teacher and students cooperatively organized every activities such as oral reading and book discussion. Evaluation was made every time the teachers organized the activities. The evaluation technique used were observation of students participation. Its interpretation was given by grades, advice, and suggestions. As for the usefulness of activity organization, it was found revealed that it was very beneficial. Out of class reading activity organization: in the aspect of objective it was found that every objective was practiced at the high level through teacher’s planning. Students processed such planning in the form of committee. The favorite type of activity organization was competition activities those types relating to exhibition, project and dramatization were scarcely organized. In the aspect of evaluation, it was practiced at the low level, those activities were observation of students’ participation. However, Thai language teachers perceived that such activity organization was very profitable. Concerning the problems and obstacles of activity organization, it showed that number of periods offered was not appropriate. The teacher had too much teaching load. Students had problems in oral reading and not recognizing the importance of reading. Whereas, problems faced in organizing reading activity out of class were management, lack of conference, dividing teachers load, uninteresting activities and lack of budget. |
