| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของอาจารย์นโรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิต สังกัด ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของอาจารย์ระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิต สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิต สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 233 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืนมาจำนวน 238 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมเครื่องสมองกลสำเร็จรูป SPSSX เพื่อคำนวณค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่เป็นร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวและในกรณีที่พบว่าความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธิดูกี ชนิดเอ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิต สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยมีระดับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับสูง (x ̅ =2.76) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานเป็นรายด้านระหว่างอาจารย์นโรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิต สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านปัจจัยค้ำจุน ได้แก่ เงินเดือน ผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน นโยบายและการบริหาร สภาพการทำงาน ความมั่นคงและปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ส่วนในด้านปัจจัยจูงใจ ได้แก่ ความสำเร็จของงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ ความรับผิดชอบ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study the job satisfaction level and to compare the job satisfaction level of teacher in demonstration secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis. The researcher sent 238 questionnaires to teachers in demonstration secondary schools. Two hundred and thirty- eight questionnaires or 100 percent were returned. The data was analyzed by Statistic Package for Social Science X (SPSSX) in terms of mean, standard deviations, percent frequencies, one-way analysis of variances and tukey type A. It was found that: 1. The whole teachers in demonstration secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis' job satisfaction were at high level (X - 2.76). 2. Comparing the job satisfaction of teachers of every demonstration secondary school under the jurisdication of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis, there was the significant difference at the level of .05 in terms of motivation factors (Achievement, recognition, the work itself, responsibility, possibility growth). On the contrary, there was no significant difference at the level of .05 in terms of hygiene factors (Salary, Inter- personal relationship superior, interpersonal relationship subordinate, company policy and administration working conditions, job security). | - |
