Submission guidelines for authors
1. The works to be published in CUIR must be the works created by members of Chulalongkorn University community only.
2. The nature of the contents acceptable needs to:
2.1 Conform to ethical principles, for instance, academic ethics, human research ethics, professional ethics, etc.
2.2 Contain no incitement or misinformation opposed to peace and stability of the country and any agencies.
2.3 Conform to human rights and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
2.4 Perform no violation of intellectual property rights, patents and copyrights.
3. If any works already accepted into CUIR were found opposed to these guidelines, the access to them will be suspended and the digital files as well as the metadata will be withdrawn.
4. The authors are required to grant the Office of Academic Resources permission to publish their works on CUIR website using “Permission to Publish the Works on Website Form" - Download the form here or send email to cuir@car.chula.ac.th with permission indicated.
5. The authors are able to send their works in printed and/or digital format including the description or metadata to the following address both by post and by email.

6. For faculties, colleges, research institutes and other organizations with frequent publications, the organizations are able to request for user accounts to submit the publications on their own.
7. CUIR reserves the right to modify both metadata and digital files in accordance with the same standard of resource description.
8. The contents and opinions be in the works are sole responsibility of the authors and the organizations they belong to. CUIR shall not be held liable for the damage caused, neither civil nor criminal.

The authors can submit their works to CUIR in standard file format, detailed as follows:

หลักเกณฑ์การส่งผลงาน
1. ผลงานที่ต้องการเผยแพร่ผ่านทางคลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ (CUIR) ต้องเป็นผลงานของประชาคม จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเท่านั้น
2. เนื้อหาของผลงานที่นำเข้าสู่คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ ต้องปฏิบัติดังต่อไปนี้
2.1 เนื้อหาของผลงานต้องไม่ละเมิดหลักจริยธรรมต่างๆ เช่น จริยธรรมทางวิชาการ จริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ และจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ เป็นต้น
2.2 เนื้อหาของผลงานต้องไม่มีลักษณะที่เป็นการยั่วยุ ปลุกปั่น ปลุกระดม โจมตี หรือ ให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นเท็จ หรือกระทบต่อความมั่นคง และความสงบเรียบร้อยของ ประเทศชาติ และหน่วยงานต่างๆ
2.3 เนื้อหาของผลงานต้องคำนึงถึงและเคารพหลักการของสิทธิมนุษยชน และ พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
2.4 เนื้อหาของผลงานต้องไม่ละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา สิทธิบัตร และลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
3. หากพบผลงานที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ตามข้อ 2 ในภายหลังทางคลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ จะงดให้บริการ และนำเอาไฟล์ดิจิทัลและรายการบรรณานุกรมนั้นออกจากให้บริการโดย ทันที
4. เจ้าของผลงานต้องให้การอนุญาตเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการผ่านทางเว็บไซต์คลังปัญญาจุฬา ฯ แก่สำนักงานวิทยทรัพยากรผ่านทาง “แบบฟอร์มการอนุญาตเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการ บนเว็บไซต์" - ดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์ม หรือผ่านทางอีเมล cuir@car.chula.ac.th โดยมีข้อความระบุการอนุญาต เผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการด้วย
5. เจ้าของผลงานสามารถส่งผลงานวิชาการทั้งในรูปแบบของสิ่งพิมพ์ และ/หรือไฟล์ ดิจิทัล พร้อมทั้งให้รายละเอียดของผลงาน หรือ เมทาดาทา ได้ทั้งทางไปรษณีย์ และ ทางอีเมล์

6. สำหรับคณะ วิทยาลัย สถาบันวิจัย และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่มีผลงานวิชาการประจำและ ต่อเนื่อง ทางหน่วยงานสามารถขอรับบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (Account) คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เพื่อ นำส่งผลงานของหน่วยงานเองได้
7. คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เพื่อประเทศไทยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบเมทาดาทา และ แก้ไขไฟล์เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการลงรายการแบบเดียวกัน
8. เนื้อหาและความคิดเห็นต่างๆ ที่ปรากฏในผลงานวิชาการเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ แต่งและหน่วยงานที่เป็นผู้ผลิตแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ทางคลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ ไม่ขอรับผิดชอบ ใดๆ ต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งทางแพ่งและอาญา
