เมื่อเจ้าของผลงาน (ผู้แต่งหรือผู้ถือลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงาน) นำส่งผลงานให้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เจ้าของผลงานเห็นชอบในการให้สิทธิ์แก่คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ ในการเผยแพร่ผลงานที่นำส่ง รวมถึงบทคัดย่อของผลงานที่นำส่ง ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ซึ่งสามารถเข้าถึงได้จากทั่วโลก ภายใต้สัญญาอนุญาตครีเอทีฟคอมมอนส์ 4.0 แบบ อ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา-ห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้า-ห้ามดัดแปลง (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

สัญญาอนุญาตครีเอทีฟคอมมอนส์ 4.0 แบบ อ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา-ห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้า-ห้ามดัดแปลง (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) อนุญาตให้บุคคลอื่นสามารถดาวน์โหลดและแบ่งปันผลงานของเจ้าของผลงานได้ โดยต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มาและเจ้าของผลงานอย่างเหมาะสม ทั้งนี้ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลอื่นดัดแปลงแก้ไขผลงาน หรือใช้ผลงานเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้า

เจ้าของผลงานเห็นชอบให้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ สามารถทำการแปลงรูปแบบของไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือทำสำเนาไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผลงานที่เจ้าของผลงานนำส่งให้แก่คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เพื่อประโยชน์ด้านการสงวนรักษาได้ โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือทำสำเนาไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต้องไม่ส่งผลให้เนื้อหาในผลงานมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือบิดเบือนไปจากผลงานที่เจ้าของผลงานนำส่งให้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ

เจ้าของผลงานรับรองว่าผลงานที่นำส่งให้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เป็นผลงานที่เจ้าของผลงานมีสิทธิ์เต็มในผลงานและไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่น หากผลงานนั้นมีส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งที่นำผลงานของบุคคลอื่นซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานไม่ได้มีสิทธิ์เต็มในผลงานนั้น ๆ เจ้าของผลงานต้องรับรองว่าตนได้ขออนุญาตบุคคลอื่นที่เป็นเจ้าของผลงานที่ตนได้นำส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งมาเป็นส่วนประกอบในผลงาน หรือได้ทำการอ้างอิงผลงานของบุคคลอื่นอย่างเหมาะสมแล้ว

หากผลงานที่เจ้าของผลงานนำส่งให้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เป็นผลงานที่ได้รับเงินทุนหรือการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เจ้าของผลงานรับรองว่าตนได้ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของข้อสัญญาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานตามที่หน่วยงานที่ให้เงินทุนหรือสนับสนุนกำหนดไว้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วนทุกประการ

คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ จะระบุชื่อของเจ้าของผลงานว่าเป็นผู้แต่งหรือผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน และจะไม่ดำเนินการอื่นใดนอกเหนือจากที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ตามสัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิโดยไม่เด็ดขาดฉบับนี้
